The effect of crowdsourcing on organizational learning: Evidence from local governments

چکیده

Modern local governments must learn in order to deal effectively with the growing pressures of a rapidly changing environment. Crowdsourcing has entered stage popularization and wide adoption as part government. Based on organizational learning perspective, this study develops multi-level model from crowdsourcing joint relationship between governments. This paper adopts multi-method research approach: (1) was tested partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) using survey 205 units Poland; (2) in-depth semi-structured interviews conducted 18 top managers Poland. The empirical results show that: significantly positive affects individual, group, levels learning, feed-forward, feed-back flows; type crowdsourcing, such wisdom crowd, crowd creation, voting are linked learning.
